SHIPPING INFO
Once your order is placed we will ship within 1-2 business days. We ship all over the world. We currently ship through USPS and UPS. Depending on which shipping company and speed in which you ship, your order will be to you as quickly as possible.

We at Tigerlilly care about you and it is our mission to make sure our customers are happy. It is also our responsibility to protect the environment we all live in. All of our products are shipped in recyclable materials. It is our hope you do your part and recycle.
We know things can happen during shipping. If your product comes to you broken or damaged please let us know. We want you to have the best experience in our store. If your shipped product is damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours via our email, with pictures of the product you purchased, a picture of the shipping box and a copy of the invoice that was included in your order. Once received, we will give store credit or a refund. Thank You. Some shipping companies only give us 7 days to file a claim.
